Biography

We are 3 local Kitchener-Waterloo area musicians, playing original music based on rock and blues influences, with a few curves for fun. Lone Star Cafe has recorded an album of original music, and it is currently being mastered for release. It will be available shortly. The band plays their original music, along with songs in the blues/rock style, with some extra fun thrown in. Matt has been playing drums and percussion instruments for 20 years, and has an amazing talent for the music. Matt can be very entertaining behind the kit. Jay is an amazing bass plaer, playing many types of music over the years. Jay is a band's bass dream, holding the rhythm down solidly. Rich has been a musician for 30 years, playing many types of music, and loving anything Jimi Hendrix. The band's CD will be available soon, watch for CD release party in the Kitchener area.
