Born in Toronto, Wayne has been drawn to music since he was old enough to hold a guitar. From a young age, it has always been his dream to write and play music that touched people. As such, he was drawn to musical mentors and teachers throughout his youth, studying a wide array of musical styles.
Wayne has been playing in bands since he was 16 years old, and has toured all across Canada. Most notably, Wayne achieved much success and local acclaim in the Vancouver-based indie band Honey Box as front man and guitarist.
Presently, Wayne has joined forces with two powerhouse musicians, Arin Comack on bass and backup vocals, and Frankie Cutajar on drums and percussion. The trio has been playing live around the lower mainland and have recently completed a full length album which Wayne wrote and co-produced at Gems Records.
A soulful blend of acoustic and electric guitars laced with rich harmonies, powerful percussion, and driving bass, the end result is something truly unique in today’s music scene.
