Corey Pike

My name is Corey Pike and i have been in the St. John's music scene for more then 2 years with a rock band called Lovemotor. A little over a year ago i started playing solo shows. taught myself piano, and with the mix of guitar, i find myself playing more solo shows then band shows. Lovemotor is all rock, my solo stuff is all pop. The song chosen for the comp "Dad & Jean" was written a few months back, my step mother had cancer, my dad was stresses to the max already with work, they live in Alberta. So Back home we put off a benifit show to help them out, we more then caught them up plus extra, my father was less stressed, and my step mother Jean beat cancer. did'nt know that at the time. Home recording, so not pro. got a couple friends to help me out with the recording Robert Barrett on guitar, Elizabeth Perchard on Piano and backing vocals, Andrew Carey on bass, and myself on guitar and vocals. hope you enjoy
